Ohmegull is a live social communication platform designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. This Child Safety Policy applies to the Ohmegull website (https://ohmegull.com) and the official Ohmegull mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the “Service”).

We maintain a strict and uncompromising policy regarding child protection. Ohmegull complies with international child safety regulations and aligns with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play’s Child Safety Policies, and global standards for online safety and user-generated content.

Our Core Principles

• Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content or activity involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• Immediate enforcement — Verified violations result in permanent removal of access where technically feasible.
• Mandatory reporting — When required by law, verified incidents involving child exploitation are reported to appropriate authorities.

Prohibited Behavior

Ohmegull strictly prohibits the following, without limitation:

  • Any sexualized behavior, grooming, or inappropriate communication involving minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, possessing, or attempting to access Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Soliciting photos, personal information, or contact details from minors.
  • Predatory, manipulative, coercive, or exploitative behavior toward vulnerable individuals.

Enforcement and Moderation

Ohmegull uses internal review processes and limited moderation tools to identify harmful behavior reported by users. Verified violations result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Service.

If required by law, we cooperate with recognized authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional agencies to report confirmed child safety incidents.

The iOS app does not include live video chat or access to CooMeet’s interface.
