This page explains how to delete your account or personal data associated with Ohmegull. Please note that Ohmegull embeds a third-party live video chat frame provided by CooMeet. If you created an account or exchanged chat data inside the CooMeet frame, you’ll need to follow CooMeet’s own deletion steps, listed below.

What Ohmegull can delete

  • Technical and diagnostic logs related to your visits to ohmegull.com.
  • Cookie identifiers and temporary session data.
  • Messages or requests sent to [email protected].

Ohmegull does not host user accounts and does not store any videos, audio, or chat content from the CooMeet frame.

How to request deletion from Ohmegull

To delete any information stored directly by Ohmegull:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Include the following information:
    • The email address you used on our site.
    • Country/region (e.g., EU – GDPR, US – CCPA).
    • Any relevant session or interaction details (if known).

We will verify your identity and remove all eligible data within 30 days.
Minimal logs required for fraud prevention or legal reasons may be retained for up to 90 days and then permanently deleted.

How to delete your CooMeet account

If you used the CooMeet video chat embedded in Ohmegull and want to delete your CooMeet account or chat history, follow these steps:

  1. Open the CooMeet website.
  2. Tap your profile photo (top-right corner).
  3. Tap the gear icon at the bottom and go to Personal details.
  4. Tap the three dots and select Close my account.
  5. A 3-digit code will be sent to your registration email.
  6. Enter that code in the confirmation window to complete deletion.

Note: If you log in again within 6 months, your CooMeet account will be automatically restored. For additional assistance, email [email protected] or review their Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Verification and processing

We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Requests are usually completed within 30 days after verification.
You’ll receive confirmation once the deletion is finalized.
