Welcome to Ohmegull.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for your use of https://ohmegull.com (the “Website”) and the official Ohmegull mobile applications for Android and iOS (the “Apps”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms/EULA.

1. About Ohmegull

Website & Android App: The Ohmegull website and the Android app provide access to live video communication through an embedded frame powered by CooMeet, a third-party service.

iOS App: The Ohmegull iOS application is an informational companion app. It does not provide live video chat, random user matching, user accounts, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. When users choose to participate in live video chat, they are redirected to the Ohmegull website, which opens externally in Safari.

Ohmegull does not operate or manage CooMeet’s chat infrastructure, user accounts, or any data stored within CooMeet’s system. All use of the embedded chat is governed independently by CooMeet’s own User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use Ohmegull.
  • By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone suspected of being underage.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

3.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Ohmegull Apps for personal use only.

3.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Apps;
  • attempt to interfere with or bypass the CooMeet video chat systems;
  • use bots, scrapers, automation tools, or scripts;
  • use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

3.3 Acceptance of EULA
By installing or using the Apps, you consent to these Terms/EULA. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Ohmegull, you agree not to engage in:

  • illegal, offensive, explicit, or harassing behavior;
  • sharing or transmitting obscene, pornographic, or harmful content;
  • exposing minors to inappropriate material;
  • attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • distributing spam, scams, malware, or fraudulent material.

Users of the Website and Android app must additionally comply with CooMeet’s Chat Rules, which prohibit nudity, sexual behavior, offensive conduct, and inappropriate actions during video communication.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.

5. Third-Party Services

The CooMeet video chat system is fully owned and operated by CooMeet. By joining chats or creating a CooMeet account, you agree to their independent terms and policies.

Ohmegull is not responsible for CooMeet’s moderation, availability, content, data handling, or technical performance.

6. Mobile App Features

iOS App: The iOS version of Ohmegull is informational and includes:

  • Safety resources
  • Guidelines and educational materials
  • Support contact form
  • Link to open the Website in Safari for live video chat

The iOS App does not embed the CooMeet chat frame and does not provide live video communication.

Android App: The Android version may embed the CooMeet video chat frame and provide full website-equivalent functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements belonging to Ohmegull may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

All trademarks and software belonging to CooMeet are the exclusive property of CooMeet.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding functionality, reliability, or uptime.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or networks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohmegull is not liable for damages arising from:

  • use or inability to use the Service;
  • technical problems or interruptions;
  • user behavior during video chats;
  • CooMeet’s moderation or data practices;
  • actions of any third-party service provider.

Your use of Ohmegull and any linked third-party service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms/EULA at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.
