This page explains how to delete your account or personal data associated with Ohmegull. This policy applies to the Ohmegull website (https://ohmegull.com) and the official mobile applications (Android and iOS), collectively referred to as the “Service”.

Please note that Ohmegull includes an embedded video chat frame provided by CooMeet on the website and Android app. If you created an account or exchanged chat data inside the CooMeet interface, your information is processed directly by CooMeet. Ohmegull cannot access or manage that data. For removal of CooMeet-related information, please follow CooMeet’s own deletion steps below.

What Ohmegull can delete

  • Technical and diagnostic logs related to your visits on the Ohmegull website or in-app activity.
  • Cookie identifiers and temporary session data stored by the website.
  • Messages or support requests sent to [email protected].

Ohmegull does not host user accounts and does not store any audio, video, text messages, or interaction data generated inside the embedded CooMeet frame.

How to request deletion from Ohmegull

To delete any information stored directly by Ohmegull, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the following details:
    • The email address used on our website or apps (if applicable).
    • Your country/region (e.g., EU – GDPR, US – CCPA).
    • Any known interaction details that can help us locate your request.

We will verify your identity and remove all eligible data within 30 days. Minimal logs required for fraud prevention or legal reasons may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

How to delete your CooMeet account

If you used the embedded CooMeet interface and want to delete your CooMeet account or chat-related information, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the CooMeet website.
  2. Select your profile photo in the top-right corner.
  3. Open Personal details in the settings section.
  4. Tap the three-dot menu and choose Close my account.
  5. A 3-digit confirmation code will be sent to your registered email.
  6. Enter the code to complete the deletion process.

Note: If you log in again within 6 months, your CooMeet account may be automatically restored. For additional help, contact [email protected] or review CooMeet’s Privacy Policy.

Verification and processing

We may request verification before completing a deletion request to prevent unauthorized data removal. Requests are typically completed within 30 days after verification. You will be notified when the process is finished.
